To navigate to the Organization Users section, it is necessary to:
- Log in to the personal account.
- Select the category "Organization Profile" ➡ section "Users"
❗ Adding new users or editing existing organization users is possible only from a user account with the Administrator role.
The section contains information about the organization’s users and related data.
- Full Name – Last name, first name, and patronymic of the user
- Registration Date – Date of user registration
- Position – Position of the user
- Administrator – User role that provides extended functionality to the current user. For more information about roles, see the article – xTrace: User Profile → Roles
- Email – User's email address
- Status – User status. To enable operation in the personal account, the status must be "Active"

To block participants' users, the following steps must be taken:
- Select the category "Organization Profile" ➡ section "Users"
- Open the profile of the user who needs to be blocked.
- Click the "Block" button
- In the displayed window, confirm the user blocking
- The user is blocked
- After blocking the user, their status will change to "Blocked"
- To unblock a user, go to the same user window and click "Unblock"
- After unblocking, the user's status will change to "Not activated" (the user needs to be reactivated)

- General Data – General information of the selected user
- Product Groups – Product groups assigned to the selected user
- PoB – Places of Business Activity of the user
- Roles – Roles assigned to the selected user
- In the General Data subsection, you can modify the user's information and contact details
- In the Product Groups subsection, you can edit the product groups assigned to the user. For more details, see the article – xTrace: User Profile → Product Groups
- In the PoBA subsection, you can edit the user's assigned PoBAs. For more details, see the article – xTrace: User Profile → Places of Business Activity (PoB)
- In the Roles subsection, you can edit the roles assigned to the user. For more details, see the article – xTrace: User Profile → Roles
