xTrace: Organization Profile → General Information

The "General Information" subsection contains the organization’s basic details in three languages. This information is automatically updated based on data from the State Tax Committee and cannot be edited manually in the system.

If necessary, you can modify the contact person’s details. All notifications related to the organization will be sent to the email address specified in the contact person’s information.

Editing Participant Contact Information

This operation is available to users with the "Participant Editor" role.

To edit a participant’s contact details, follow these steps:

  1. In your personal account menu, go to the Participants section.
  2. On the page that opens, select the desired participant by clicking on their name.
  3. The participant’s details page will open.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. If necessary:
    • Modify the existing email address.
    • Add a new contact type by clicking the "+" button and filling in the required fields.
    • Delete a contact type (except for one mandatory email) by clicking the trash bin icon.
  6. To add an additional contact person, click Add Contact Person and fill in the required fields.
    • You can delete a contact person using the trash bin icon. However, at least one contact person must remain in the system.
  7. After making all changes, click Save. ✅ Data successfully saved.
