xTrace: Organization Profile → GCP → Place of Business (POB)

To access the Place of Business (POB) subsection:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select "Organization Profile" → "Goods Circulation Participant" → "Place of Business".

This subsection contains information about the organization's existing Places of Business and related details.

Fields:

  • Name – Name of the specified POB.
  • Activity Types – Type of activity for the selected POB. Available options: "Production" "Storage" and "Sales"
  • Country – Country where the POB is located.
  • Region – Registration region.
  • Registration Region (Uzbekistan) – Registration region within the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Attributes – Attribute of the added POB. The first added POB is marked as "Main POB".
  • Status – Status of the added POB.

Adding or Editing a POB:

  • Ensure the user has the "Administrator" role (Learn more about user roles).
  • Go to the Organization Profile and click "Edit".
  • Modify existing POB records if editing is required.
  • To add a new POB, click "Add POB".
  • After making changes, click "Save".

Each Place of Business (POB) is automatically assigned a unique identifier in the system. To view it, open the corresponding POB card.

⚙️ This identifier is used in API requests related to PB operations.

Blocking a POB is only possible if the organization has more than one active POB.

To block, click "Block".

🔒 A blocked POB cannot be unblocked.

If the Main POB is blocked, the system will prompt you to select a new Main POB.

After blocking, a notification will be sent to the organization's email address.
