To navigate to the Product Groups subsection of the organization, it is necessary to:
- Log in to the personal account.
- Select the category "Organization Profile" ➡ section "Participant in the Turnover of Goods" ➡ subsection "Product Groups"
The subsection contains information about the product groups and related data.
- Product Group – Name of the added product group

KM Issuer – a parameter allowing the issuance of KM.
Issuer – a participant in the turnover of goods/organization responsible for labeling goods (manufacturer, importer);
Non-issuer – a participant in the turnover of goods/organization performing operations with labeled goods (importer, wholesale and retail levels). - Connection Date – Date the product group was connected.
- Status – Status of the added product group.
To add a product group, the following is required:
- Presence of the "Administrator" role. (More on user roles)
- Click the "Add Product Group" button (If all possible product groups are already added, the button will not be displayed)
- From the "Name" list, select the required product group.
❗Note: When adding a product group, you have the option to set the "Issuer" parameter by checking the corresponding checkbox.
- When all actions are completed, click the "Save" button.
- When all actions are completed, click the "Save" button.
❗ Product groups added in the organization profile can, if necessary, be added to the user profile.
