xTrace: Organization Profile → GCP → Authorizations

A user with the "Service Provider Manager" role can perform the following actions with authorizations for marking code (MC) operations:

• Register an authorization for MC operations
• Revoke an active GCP authorization
• Monitor authorization validity period (automatic blocking upon expiration)

All actions are performed in the "Authorizations" section.

Registering an Authorization for MC Operations:

1. On the participant page, navigate to "Authorizations" under GCP type
2. Click "Add Authorization"
3. Enter the TIN of a platform-registered service provider
4. System displays available product groups
5. Specify authorization expiration date
6. Select product groups and required permissions
7. Click "Create"

✅ Authorization successfully registered. The system will email notifications to contacts.

Revoking an Active Authorization:

1. Open "Authorizations" section
2. Click the registration date of active authorization
3. Click "Revoke Authorization"
4. Specify reason and confirm 

✅Authorization successfully revoked. The system will email notifications to contacts.

Authorization Validity Monitoring:
The system automatically blocks authorizations when the "Expiration Date" is reached.

To check authorization statuses:

1. Go to "Authorizations"
2. View "Revocation Date" and "Status" columns
3. Click registration date of "Revoked" authorizations for details
4. Compare authorization parameters with table data
