⭐️Preliminary Activation of User Accounts in the ASL BELGISI System [xTrace ver. 2.0]

Dear participants of the goods circulation system,

Starting from 14:00 on November 24, 2025, the function for preliminary activation of a user account will become available in the productive environment of the ASL BELGISI system [xTrace ver. 2.0].

This functionality is provided to all participants of goods circulation across all product groups and allows you to:

• activate your user account — an email containing the activation password and link will be sent during the day (24.11.25) to the email address specified during registration in the marking system;

• complete a new registration (for users who were not previously registered and have not worked in the digital marking system);

• verify the accuracy of your organization’s profile data;

• configure user profiles and assign roles;

• add trusted users

• create an API key required to work with the Open API.

The main system services necessary for product marking — such as creating product cards and placing orders — will become available from December 1, 2025, after the completion of technical work.
