🔔Information: Change in the process of forming the Aggregated Import Code (AIC) for medicinal products

Dear participants in the circulation of goods – importers of medicinal products!

As part of the development of the ASL BELGISI information system, changes are planned in the process of forming the Aggregated Import Code (AIC) for medicinal products.

Starting from April 15, 2025, the AIC for medicinal products will be generated only at the top aggregation level. If the marking codes specified in the AIC formation request are nested inside other packaging (i.e., have a parent code), the request for AIC formation will be rejected.

If the packaging aggregated by the manufacturer (box or pallet) is planned to be cleared through customs in parts (by packages or boxes), such packaging must first be disaggregated using the "Disaggregation of KITUs" function.
