xTrace:: Registration in NIS 'Asl Belgisi'

NIS MPT "ASL BELGISI" - National Information System for Monitoring and Traceability of Goods. The system ensures the product marking process for market participants, from product card registration to the introduction of marked products into circulation.
Registration in the system is mandatory and regulated by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 833 of 31.12.2020.

Registration Process:

• Checking the readiness of the personal computer
• Submitting a registration applicationцию;
• Activating the organization's account.

Step 1: Checking the Readiness of the Personal Computer

To successfully register and work in the system, you will need:

❗️ An active email address with access (the activation code and all important information will be sent to the specified email address.);

❗️ An electronic digital signature (EDS) of the legal entity (acting director of the organization) or individual entrepreneur;

❗️ Cryptographic software (CS) to ensure the protection of user information (more details on obtaining EDS and installing cryptographic software).

System Requirements:

- Operating system: Windows 10 or later / macOS X 11 or later

- Supported browsers: Google Chrome 95+, Mozilla Firefox 93+, Safari 15.1+, Microsoft Edge 95+;

- Cryptographic software: E-IMZO

Once the system requirements are successfully checked, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Submitting a Registration Application

During registration, you must select the EDS of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

The organization's data is automatically verified in the State Taxpayer Register:
- If the data verification fails, the registration will be rejected, and the system will display a notification. ⬇️

- If the verification is successful, you can proceed with the registration. ⬇️

⚠️The application must be filled out in three languages: Uzbek (Latin), Russian (Cyrillic), and English (Latin).

1. Participant Data:

- Full and short name of the organization
- Legal and actual address
- Country and registration district

2. Product Groups and Participant Role

- Выбор товарных групп;

- Selection of product groups

Determining the participant's role:

Issuer – A market participant responsible for product marking (manufacturer, importer).
Non-Issuer – A market participant performing operations with marked goods (importer, wholesale and retail sector).

3. Main Place of Business Activity (PBA)

- Name and type of activity
- Country and territorial unit
- Address, GLN, and external identifier

4. Banking Details

- Bank name
- Bank code (MFO)
- Account number
- For non-residents: SWIFT and bank address

5. Applicant Data

- Contact person
- Unique Taxpayer Identification Number (PINFL) automatically retrieved from EDS

6. Participant Users' Data

- Full Name, position, email (an activation code will be sent to this address.)
- Contact phone number (+998...):

*The system allows adding additional users.

Once the application is completed, you need to review the Public Offer Agreement and sign it using EDS.

After submitting the application, a tracking number is generated to monitor the registration status.
If the application is rejected, the reason will be sent to the provided email.
Step 3: Account Activation in ASL BELGISI

 

After submitting the registration application, the user will receive emails with the following notifications:
 

1. Application acceptance for processing

2. Completion of application verification

3. Application verification result

4. ASL BELGISI account activation (❗️The one-time activation code is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Enter it on the activation page.)

To complete the activation, you need to enter the code, select a digital signature (ECP), verify your identity, and complete the initial authentication in the system.

Once the account is successfully activated, you can log in to the system and start working.

❗️If the user attempting to log in is not activated, the system will display the corresponding notification.

❗️ If the activation period has expired, contact the Operator @aslbelgisiuz_bot to block the account and re-register.
