To work in the updated ASL BELGISI Personal Account [xTrace ver 2.0], it is necessary to check the company data and complete the required settings:

⚡️Starting from 14:00 on November 24, 2025, the pre-activation function for user accounts will be available in the production environment of the ASL BELGISI system [xTrace ver. 2.0].⚡️
Step 1: Preparatory actions [until 28.11.2025 or earlier]
1. Checking the correctness of the e-mail
Make sure that the current Personal Account contains an up-to-date email address and that you have access to it. If necessary, update it. On 01.12.2025 a link and password for activation in the new Personal Account will be sent to this address.

2. Checking the relevance of the director
Make sure that the current Personal Account lists the active director of your company and that the director has a legal-entity EDS issued in his name. If necessary, update the director’s data (by authorizing with the current EDS key of the director). Access to the new Personal Account will be granted only to this user (after that, the director will be able to add other employees for work in the new Personal Account).

3. Checking the correctness of the address
Check the actual address of your company specified in the current Personal Account. It will be used when creating the place of business activity (POB) in the new Personal Account.

4. For the product groups “Pharma” and “Medicals”
Please disband all AICs whose codes you do not plan to submit for customs procedures by 18:00 on 28.11.2025. This is necessary to avoid errors and delays in further processing.
5. Preparation for scheduled maintenance
During scheduled maintenance the system will be temporarily unavailable. Check the maintenance timeline on the Help Center portal. If necessary, generate a reserve of marking codes required for your company’s operation for the entire duration of the maintenance.

Step 2: Basic settings and checks [01.12.2025 or later]
6. Checking the email
On 01.12.2025, an email from the sender notifier@aslbelgisi.uz containing activation details (see item 6) will be sent to the address specified in the organization's profile (see item 1).

7. Account activation
Open the email with a subject containing the phrase “ASL BELGISI account activation”. Copy the activation code (password) and follow the link. Enter the activation code, then confirm your identity using the EDS of the active director.
Important(!):
- activation must be performed on the computer where the EDS of the active director is installed (see item 2);
- The activation code is valid for 7 days.

8. Logging into the Personal Account
After account activation (see item 6), you can log into the new Personal Account. The company director will receive the role of “Organization Administrator”.
The administrator can modify company data and also add employees who will have access to the new Personal Account (see item 9).

9. Checking the organization profile in the new Personal Account
- Make sure that the necessary product groups are indicated in the organization profile, as well as the “MC Issuer” attribute (if your company performs product marking).
- Check the presence and activity of all places of business activity (POB). If necessary, add new ones.
- For owners of goods (GTIN) starting with 478, check the presence of the GS1 prefix. If it is missing, contact the operator with a supporting document.

10. Checking the information about the current user (Administrator)
- Make sure that the user has all the necessary roles assigned
- Check the user’s linkage to the required product groups
- Make sure the user is linked to the required places of business activity (POB).

11. Adding employees (business users)
- Add the necessary users and assign them rights (roles) for full operation in the new Personal Account.
- Provide users with instructions for activating their account in the new Personal Account.

12. Checking the product cards
Ensure that all product cards planned for production are published and correctly filled out.
- A product card must be in the “Product Descriptions” section, “Published” tab (use filtering and search functions if necessary)
- Pay special attention to the presence of information about the country of manufacture of products (the “Country of manufacture” attribute is now mandatory and is verified when registering reports on the use of marking codes).
- Without a published product card, obtaining new codes and activating (applying) previously obtained codes will be impossible.
- Create and submit for moderation all missing or incomplete cards.

13. API integration setup
- Add a technical user for working with the IZKM API. Provide the documentation to the specialists responsible for the integration.
- Generate an API key for the business user to access the Open API and also provide the technical documentation.

Check the presence of documents registered by your organization, including e-invoices, AIK, GTD, and others.

Check that all previously applied and newly generated codes are correctly displayed in the mobile applications “Asl belgisi” and “Soliq.Uz”.
