Large-scale upgrade of the ASL BELGISI system: what awaits the participants in the turnover of goods

The operator of the ASL BELGISI national information system for digital labeling and traceability of goods, CRPT TURON LLC, announces the launch of an updated Personal Account for a participant in the turnover of goods.

The massive update was developed taking into account the accumulated experience of operating the labeling system, as well as requests and suggestions from users. It is aimed at improving the user experience and simplifying the interaction of entrepreneurs with the digital labeling system.

Key changes include:

• unified visual style of all system components (register of labeled goods, code ordering interface, document register and etc.);
• modern, intuitive interface and improved navigation;
• multilingual support in all system components and data;
• improved productivity and response speed.

Functional improvements:

• adding users (employees) using an individual's EDS;
• advanced configuration of access rights to key business processes: product registration and ordering codes, working with reports and documents;
• advanced tools for searching and filtering codes by series, expiration date, production date and other parameters;
• advanced information on aggregations and transport packages;
• the ability to monitor the movement of labeled goods between locations of the same legal entity;
• new forms of statistics and analytics: balance sheets, sales dynamics, etc.;
• additional information security measures, including notifications and the expansion of the use of EDS.

Phased implementation:
The updated Personal Account will be implemented in stages for individual product groups:

• Stage 1 (July 2025) — the transition to an updated version of the personal account for participants in the turnover of the following product groups: Household appliances and Alcoholic beverages.

• Stage 2 (November 2025) — extension of updates to Tobacco products, Beer and beer products, Water and soft drinks, Medicinal products.

The first users who will have access to the updated personal account are participants in the project on voluntary labeling of biologically active additives (dietary supplements), as well as a pilot project on labeling fertilizers and plant protection products.
