⚠️ Product Group (Reference Value, Mandatory)

You must select the product group to which the marked product belongs from the dropdown list/reference.

What is a product group

A product group is a collection of products distinguished by common characteristics (raw materials, application, purpose) and marked according to rules common to that product group. The product group is the highest level of classification for marked products, below which is the product category, and it determines the marking rules and subsequent circulation of products.

What the product group affects

The product group influences the following processes:

stages and timelines for the introduction of mandatory digital marking of products;

rules (features) of mandatory digital marking and traceability of products;

the format of digital marking codes and requirements for their application on the product (packaging, label, or sticker).

How to determine the product group

The list of product groups subject to mandatory digital marking, as well as the rules for such marking, are determined by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
