In the certificate of conformity, the value begins with UZ.SMT.+a numeric value.
For importers - if at the time of filling out the product card the conformity document has not been received, it is necessary to enter a temporary value UZ.SMT.0000, specify the issue date and the document validity period arbitrarily. After receiving the document, the participant in the goods turnover must necessarily change the previously entered data for the certificate of conformity, indicating the actual number, date, and validity period, and send the product card for verification.
In the declaration of conformity, the value begins with the symbol №+value.
