Type of Document Confirming Compliance

From the issuing list/directory, you need to select the appropriate type of document - "Certificate/Declaration."

Certificate (certificate of conformity) — a document issued according to the rules of the certification system to confirm that the certified product meets established requirements. The product certification procedure in Uzbekistan is an official form of confirming compliance and includes the issuance of a certificate of conformity or a declaration of conformity.

Declaration (declaration of conformity) — a document by which the manufacturer, authorized representative of the manufacturer, seller, or importer certifies that the products released into circulation comply with the requirements of regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation.
