ESF: Possible Errors When Generating ESF in the NIS "Asl Belgisi".

Possible errors when generating ESF (document processed with errors):

• The participant is not registered in the EGR (Unified State Register) as active;

• ESF was previously registered;

• Mismatch between the specified product group and the marking codes;

• Marking codes not found;

• The status of the marking code does not correspond to the operation performed;

• Marking code not paid for;

• Incorrect data in the document (nonsense characters instead of marking codes);

• Invalid marking code;

• Document validation error (original document not found during correction/addition).

In addition to errors detected during the processing of the ESF by the NIS "Asl Belgisi," other errors may be present in the ESF (shipment to the wrong buyer, incorrect quantity of goods sold, etc.), while the NIS "Asl Belgisi" will successfully process the document.

If errors are detected by the participant in the goods turnover or by the NIS "Asl Belgisi," data correction is possible by sending an Additional or Corrected ESF (see the article What to do if you made a mistake in filling out the ESF?).
