Manufacturer is a company that develops the product and organizes its production using its own materials and components. The manufacturer handles the full production cycle, from development and design to manufacturing and marketing of the finished product.
In some cases (when there is no own production and/or production capacity is limited), the manufacturer may entrust the production (manufacturing) of the product to another party - the producer.
Producer, in turn, is an organization or individual who performs assembly, installation, or packaging of already finished components, as well as manufacturing the finished product using previously prepared components or materials supplied by the manufacturer. The producer manufactures goods on a contract basis at their own factory for a specific manufacturer.
The difference between the producer and the manufacturer is that the manufacturer is a company that holds full ownership rights to the product, while the producer is the executor of the product, who may not hold such rights.
