❓ Why was the AIC disbanded?

Marking codes included in the AIC are blocked from performing any operations except customs clearance and the release of the customs declaration (GTD) into the customs regime "Free circulation".

Reasons for disbanding the AIC by the importer:
✔️Mix-up (other codes need to be included in the AIC)
✔️Change in the quantity of imported goods (it is necessary to add or exclude marking codes)

In addition to disbanding the AIC at the request of the importer, automatic disbanding of the AIC is also possible in the following cases:

🔸 receiving a negative response from the GTK during registration (formation) of the AIC;

🔸 receiving information from the GTK about the release of the GTD containing the AIC with additional information about the refusal to release the goods into free circulation.
