A HAR log (HAR file) is a file containing a record of network interactions between your browser and a website or web application. It is used to diagnose page loading issues, network errors, and performance problems. Technical support often requests a HAR file to analyze network requests and responses in order to identify the cause of the problem.
1. Preparation
Close all tabs and browsers, leaving only the tab with the ASL BELGISI Personal Account open.
If other browsers or windows are running, they must be closed.
2. Clear Cache and Cookies
Press the key combination Ctrl + F5.
Clear the browser's CACHE and Cookies.
3. Step-by-step Collection Instructions
Open the Personal Account page.
Press the F12 key (developer mode).
Go to the Network tab.
Perform the action that causes the error.
Save the HAR log showing the error and send it to ASL BELGISI Support Service
