NIS Asl Belgisi HelpDesk for Turnover Participants

Asl Belgisi HelpDesk is designed to facilitate labeling processes in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Our HelpDesk will help you find articles about labeling and related FAQs from other participants in the commodities turnover.

If you cannot find a solution to your problem, do not hesitate to ask us any question about labeling you may have.

Support service hours: Daily (Monday – Sunday).

Requests are logged in the automated case management system and processed in the order they are received, regardless of the time of submission.

When submitting a request through any of the listed channels, you will need to provide the following information:

  • TIN of the organization or PINFL of the individual entrepreneur

  • Product group to which the request relates

  • User's contact phone number

  • Question or problem description

Without this information, we will not be able to begin processing your request.
