Support service hours: Daily (Monday – Sunday).
Requests are logged in the automated case management system and processed in the order they are received, regardless of the time of submission.
When submitting a request through any of the listed channels, you will need to provide the following information:

TIN of the organization or PINFL of the individual entrepreneur

Product group to which the request relates

User's contact phone number

Question or problem description
Without this information, we will not be able to begin processing your request.
