Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1.         This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information, including personal data, that individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users") have posted and/or left while using the website: https://help.crpt-turon.uz/hc/ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), owned by Limited Liability Company "CRPT TURON", and/or while using the programs, products, and services of the Site.

1.2.         This Policy establishes the scope, purposes, and methods of processing Users' personal data on the Site and is published publicly in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law").

1.3.         By accessing the Site and/or submitting inquiries through the feedback form on the Site: https://help.crpt-turon.uz/hc/ru, the User accepts the terms of this Policy and gives written consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes and within the scope defined by this Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data").

1.4.         The User's use of any programs, products, or services of the Site may be governed by separate user agreements, which may introduce changes and/or additions to this Policy.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1.         Personal Data — information recorded on electronic, paper, and/or other tangible media relating to a specific individual or enabling their identification.

2.2.         Personal Data Subject (hereinafter - "Subject", "User") — an individual to whom the personal data relates.

2.3.         Personal Data Database — a database in the form of an information system containing personal data.

2.4.         Processing of Personal Data — carrying out one or a set of actions such as collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, dissemination, transfer, anonymization, and destruction of personal data.

2.5.         Operator of the Personal Data Database (hereinafter - "Operator") — Limited Liability Company "CRPT TURON", established under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, registered at: 100007, Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Shaykhantakhur District, A. Qodiri Street, 78.

2.6.         Owner of the Personal Data Database (hereinafter - "Owner") — Limited Liability Company "CRPT TURON".

2.7.         Third Party — any person who is not the subject, owner, and/or operator but is related to them by circumstances or relationships concerning the processing of personal data.

2.8.         Operator's Partners - legal or natural persons who interact with the Operator in any contractual manner.

2.9.         Cookies — small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time the User attempts to open a page of the corresponding website.

2.10.      IP Address - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

3.1.         The Operator processes the User's personal data provided by the User upon the Site's request, during registration and/or authorization on the Site, or when performing any other action on the Site.

3.2.         The Operator may use personal data for the following purposes:

• Identification of the User registered on the Site (the User's personal account is linked to a login-password and the User's email address);

• Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Site;

• Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Site, service provision, processing requests and applications from the User;

• Execution of contracts between the User and the Operator, sending products/items, correspondence, informational and other materials to the User with their consent;

• Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud on the Site;

• Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User;

• Creating an account if the User has consented to the creation of an account;

• Providing customer and technical support to the User in case of problems related to the use of the Site;

• Using anonymized data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials by age, gender, and other characteristics;

• Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research based on anonymized data. Data is collected and analyzed in anonymized form to learn how much time Users spend in various sections of the Site, their interests, and preferences;

• Providing the User, with their consent, with updates of the Operator's software, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Operator or the Operator's Partners;

• Providing the User access to the sites or services of the Operator's Partners for obtaining products, updates, and services;

• Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • If the User is simply browsing the Site, personal data is not processed.

4. Scope of Processed Personal Data

4.1.         The Operator may set requirements for the composition of the User's personal data that must be provided to use the Site. If certain information is not marked by the Operator as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is at the User's discretion.

4.2.         During registration, the User must provide:

• User's last name, first name, and patronymic;

• User's contact phone number;

• User's email address (e-mail);

• The person (company) on whose behalf the User acts on the Site.

4.3.         Upon registration, the Operator creates a unique identifier for each User (user_id). The User's identifier is linked to the User's profile information. [VL1]

4.4.         The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided, assuming that the User acts in good faith, prudently, and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up to date. The Operator is not responsible if the User's personal data changes and the User does not notify the Operator of these changes, including not updating their personal data on the Site.

4.5.         The Operator collects and stores data about the User's actions on the Site using log files. If the actions are performed by an authorized User, such information is linked to the User's identifier. [VL2]

4.6.         The User may subscribe to email newsletters. The newsletter may contain information about news, analytical materials, events held by the Operator, and more. By filling in the email address field, the User consents to receive such newsletters. The User may withdraw their consent to receive newsletters at any time. The option to unsubscribe is provided in each email.

4.7.         The User is aware of and accepts the possibility of using third-party software on the Site (e.g., Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, VKontakte), as a result of which such parties may receive and transmit data in anonymized form.

4.8.         The Operator protects anonymized data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages where a statistical system script ("pixel") is installed:

• IP address;

• Information from Cookies;

• Information about the browser and its identifier (or other program accessing the advertisement display);

• Access time;

• Address of the page containing the advertising block;

• Referrer (address of the previous page);

• HTTP headers, web beacons/pixel tags, information about hardware and software;

• Date and time of access to the Site(s);

• Geolocation information;

• Other anonymized data about the User's actions on the Site.

4.9.         Disabling Cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization.

4.10.      The Site collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues, to monitor the legality of actions taken on or in connection with the Site.

4.11.      The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that do not belong to the Operator, which the User may access via links available on the Site.

4.12.      The Operator is not responsible for processing publicly available personal data of the User.

4.13.      The Operator may process the User's personal data on behalf of a third party provided the requirements of Article 31 of the Personal Data Law are met.

5. Duration of Personal Data Processing

5.1.         The Operator processes the User's personal data indefinitely, except in the following cases:

• The Operator processes the User's personal data until the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data;

• The Operator processes the User's personal data until the User deletes their account;

• The Operator processes the User's personal data until the Site ceases operations.

5.2.         The Operator processes personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

5.3.         To improve the quality of the Site and ensure the possibility of legal protection, the Operator may store log files of actions performed by the User while using the Site.

6. User Rights Regarding Personal Data

6.1.         The User has the right to:

• Receive information about their personal data processed by the Operator;

• Independently correct their personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete through the User's personal account;

• Prohibit the processing of their personal data if its accuracy is disputed, processing is unlawful, or when the Operator no longer needs the data for the purposes for which it was processed;

• Object to the processing of their personal data and prohibit its processing if the Operator processed it in the public interest or for its own legitimate interests, and there is no compelling need to continue such processing;

• Withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal;

• Request deletion of their personal data in cases where the data no longer relates to the purposes for which it was collected or processed; consent has been withdrawn and the Operator has no grounds to continue processing; there are objections to further processing in the public interest or for the Operator's own legitimate interests and no compelling need to continue; or the personal data was processed unlawfully;

• Delete their account independently;

• Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which create legal effects or similarly affect the User, except where there is a legal basis for continuing processing.

6.2.         The User may send a special request to the Operator to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data in accordance with the requirements of Article 22 of the Personal Data Law at the email address: support@crpt.uz.

7. Requirements for Personal Data Protection

7.1.         The confidentiality of the User's personal data is maintained, except for information disclosed by the User to an unlimited circle of persons and other cases where the Site’s technology or the User's software settings provide for open information exchange with other Site Users or any Internet users.

7.2.         Personal data may be processed automatically without access by any Operator employees. If access is required by Operator employees for their tasks, they must comply with internal rules and procedures regarding personal data processing and follow all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect Users' personal data.

7.3.         In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator informs the User about the loss or disclosure.

7.4.         The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

7.5.         The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, does not disclose it without the User's prior written permission, and does not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User's personal data, except as specified in Section 8 of this Policy.

7.6.         The Operator blocks personal data related to the respective User upon request or inquiry from the User, their legal representative, or an authorized personal data protection authority during verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

8.1.         The Operator may transfer the User's personal data to third parties in the following cases:

• The User has given consent to such actions, including cases where the User's software settings do not restrict the provision of certain information;

• Transfer is necessary within the framework of the User's use of the Site's functional capabilities;

• In connection with the transfer of the Site's ownership, use, or possession to such a third party, including assignment of rights under contracts concluded with the User in favor of such third party;

• Upon request of law enforcement agencies, other government bodies, or courts, to which the Operator is obligated to provide information under the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• To fulfill User requests or agreements between the Operator and/or the Operator's Partners and the User, including delivery of products/items, correspondence, informational, and other materials to the User.

9. Updating the Privacy Policy

9.1.         Changes may be made to this Policy unilaterally without prior notice to Users. The new version of the Policy comes into effect upon its posting on the Operator's Site unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
