Addendum to the contract for the provision of services related to the issuance of marking codes

This publication contains a standard template of an Addendum (in Russian and Uzbek) to the contract for the provision of services related to the issuance of marking codes.
The document has been prepared in accordance with the implementation of Presidential Resolution of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-190 dated May 23, 2025, “On Additional Measures to Improve the Efficiency of the Mandatory Digital Marking System.”

The standard template is used when amending the terms of previously concluded contracts between the operator of the digital marking system and participants in the circulation of goods.

The completed form must be submitted to the support service via the Telegram bot @aslbelgisiuz_bot or by email to support@crpt-turon.uz. After registration, the request will be forwarded to the responsible manager and processed within 15 working days.
