LLC "CRPT TURON", acting as the operator of the digital labeling system "ASL BELGISI", informs that user support of the system and the provision of such services as participant registration in the labeling system, filling out the product card, generating the aggregation import code (AIC), etc., are provided by the Operator free of charge.
According to legislative acts, the Operator charges a fee only for the service of issuing and subsequent traceability of digital labeling codes. Connecting participants to the labeling system, moderating (checking) product cards, providing consultations, and assisting in resolving technical issues are provided by the Operator’s support specialists free of charge.
The Operator’s support service operates 24/7 and registers and processes more than three hundred requests daily.

Persons offering paid services to "assist" or "expedite" matters related to digital product labeling are not employees of the Operator, act on their own behalf, and mislead consumers.
