1. Register in the Asl Belgisi digital labeling system

2. Accept only goods with digital labeling:

• filter cigarettes – from July 1, 2021
• non-filter cigarettes – from February 1, 2022
• alcohol products – from July 1, 2021
• beer products – from October 1, 2021
• alcohol products and beer in metal containers – from June 1, 2022.

3. Sell only goods with digital labeling:

• filter cigarettes – from October 1, 2021
• non-filter cigarettes – from June 1, 2022
• alcohol products – October 1, 2021
• beer products – January 1, 2022
• alcohol products and beer in metal containers – September 1, 2022

4. Accept and issue electronic invoices (ESF) with labeling codes:

• filter cigarettes – from October 1, 2021
• non-filter cigarettes – from June 1, 2022
• alcohol products – January 1, 2022
• beer products – January 1, 2022
• alcohol products and beer in metal containers – December 1, 2022
