❓ Which medicinal products are subject to free labeling?

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 190 dated 23.05.2025 "On additional measures to improve the efficiency of the mandatory digital labeling system," it is established that if the maximum retail price set by the manufacturer for medicinal products does not exceed one percent of the basic calculated value (from 01.08.2025, 2% of BCV = 8,400 soums), in accordance with the list of medicinal products provided by the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, digital labeling codes are provided by the Operator free of charge.
