Basic requirements for filling in product information (creation and verification of product cards)

The requirements for submission and registration of product information are regulated by Resolution No. 833 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 — “On measures to ensure the phased implementation of the mandatory digital labeling system for certain types of products” (Chapter 5: “Registration of product labeling information in the system”).

When creating a product card in the register of labeled goods of the National Information System “ASL BELGISI”:

Mandatory fields:

  • are marked with an asterisk “*”;

  • are highlighted in red in the system;

  • must be completed — without them, the product card will not be saved or submitted for verification.

Verification of information by the catalog moderator:

  • during moderation, mandatory fields are checked for accuracy and correctness;

  • if a market participant fills in optional attributes, they are also subject to verification:

    • compliance with censorship requirements;

    • absence of information that may mislead the consumer;

    • the absence of data in optional fields is allowed; however, if they are filled in, the market participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.

The standard review (moderation) period is no more than 72 hours from the moment the product card enters the queue, while the maximum review (moderation) period is no more than 5 business days.

If errors are identified in the product card, it is returned to the sender for revision and correction (with indication of the fields requiring revision). The repeated review (moderation) period is also 72 hours (maximum — 5 business days).

Possible Product Card Statuses:

📝 Draft — the product card has been created and saved in the personal account but has not yet been submitted to the Operator for review.

Under Moderation — the product card has been submitted for review and is currently being examined by the Operator.

Rejected — errors or inconsistencies were identified in the product card during the review process. The card has been returned to the supply chain participant for correction and resubmission.

Published — the product card has successfully passed the review process and has been published in the Register of Marked Goods.
