Photo Content Requirements for Listing a Product Card in the Catalog of Marked Goods

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 833, paragraph 29, subparagraphs o-p:

For the registration of goods in the marking information system, the participant in the turnover of goods enters the following information into the product catalog:
o)    photographs of the product from different angles;
p) other relevant information determined by the operator in agreement with the State Tax Committee and posted on the operator's official website on the Internet.

According to the requirements set by the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Digital Marking Operator, the participant in the turnover of goods, when listing a product card, must:

• provide five photographs of the same product from five different angles (front, back, right, left, and top) on a white background, one photo must show the product's barcode (GTIN) ⬇️

• for bottles, cans, and similar types of products, three photographs of the product from three different angles (front, back, and top) on a white background must be provided, one photo must show the product's barcode (GTIN) ⬇️

• for blisters and other products that have only two surfaces, two photographs of the product from two angles (top and bottom) on a white background must be provided, one photo must show the product's barcode (GTIN) ⬇️

At the same time, each photograph must meet the following requirements:

• no color shades differing for the same color of the product/packaging when changing the angle;

• the color should be as saturated and bright as possible;

• no glare;

• no shadows;

• the image should be taken with a large depth of field;

• text on the photo must be readable when zoomed at least 
  200%;

• the lighting of the product/packaging must be even;

• the product/packaging must fit entirely within the frame with all auxiliary elements;

• the product/packaging in the image must not have dirty or crumpled packaging;

• manufacture date, expiration date, and excise stamp must be retouched;

• the object in the image must be aligned horizontally.
