❓ What to do if the product card is returned for correction with the cancellation reason "RU data not found in the UZPHARMINFO registry"?

RU - registration certificate.

When a product card is submitted for moderation, the support service specialist checks the data about the holder of the drug registration certificate, the validity period of the RU, its name, packaging ID, and other details by referring to the UZPHARMINFO online database.

If the data is not found in the database, the product card does not pass the verification and is returned for correction to the product circulation participant. In turn, the product circulation participant needs to contact UZPHARMINFO with a request to update the information according to the issued documentation.
