For signing up in and using Asl Belgisi, the user is required to have a digital signature. Registration of an organization in the labeling system as a participant in the commodities turnover is only possible with a digital signature to be issued for the legal entity, i.e., Director General of the organization.
In Uzbekistan, digital signatures are issued for both individuals and legal entities. Therefore, before registration, make sure that you have a digital signature issued for the legal entity.
Four-step digital signature verification
Step 1. Find out TIN of your entity.
Step 2. Go to the One-Stop-Shop Interactive Public Services Portal (OIPSP) and select the company details checker
to open a form. Enter the company’s TIN and the verification code, then click on the Check button.
After that, you will see a page with the company’s details. You need the CEO Information section with the full name and TIN of the director.
Step 3. In the new tab, open the E-IMZO website and select the digital signature key checker
to open a form. Enter the company’s TIN and the verification code, then click on the Search button.
After that, you will see a list of all digital signature keys issued for the specified legal entity. Click on the effective key (the highest in the list) to download the certificate and read detailed information it contains.
Open the digital signature certificate and click on the Composition tab in the top of the form.
Find Entity in the opening list. Then find the following lines in the list:
- T = Director (the “=” symbol is followed by the job title of the signee);
- “0.9.2342.19200300.100.1.1 = 624151850” (the “=” symbol is followed by TIN of the Director);
- CN = BACHIKALOV ANATOLIY null (the “=” symbol is followed by the full name of the Director).
If there is no “0.9.2342.19200300.100.1.1 = ....” field and the key was issued in 2019, you have to update the digital signature key (as it has an outdated format, which is not supported by the system).
Step 4. Double check the received data.
The Director’s TIN at Step 2 and Step 3 must be the same.
If the Director’s TIN at Step 2 and Step 3 are not the same, you will not be able to sign up, since the system will verify TIN when you attempt to sign up and log in the User Account.
This can be solved by changing the digital signature key or otherwise by updating data in the Taxpayer Profile.
