NPA: Laws on mandatory digital labeling of products in Uzbekistan

The introduction of mandatory product labeling in the Republic of Uzbekistan was launched on November 23, 2019 as a result of the adoption of Decree No. 944 "On measures for the gradual introduction of the procedure for labeling products by means of identification and further tracing."

Mandatory labeling is already subject to:

Tobacco
Alcohol
Beer
Household and other appliances
Medicinal products
Water and drinks

The introduction of labeling is regulated by law.
