Household and Other Appliances: Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 148 – stages of implementation of mandatory digital marking and the list of HS codes.

Deadlines for the introduction of household appliances marking are approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.04.2022 No. 148 “On the introduction of a system of mandatory digital marking of household appliances.”

According to the resolution, mandatory digital marking of household appliances is introduced in stages:

  • Start of mandatory marking
  • Reflection of marking codes in operations during sales by manufacturers and importers of household appliances
  • Reflection of all operations with marked products, including write-offs using online cash registers

The phased introduction of mandatory marking of each unit of produced products is carried out with subsequent data transfer to the information system “ASL BELGISI.” The process is implemented sequentially — by groups.
