➡️Biologically Active Supplements: Filling Out the Product Card

To register the consumer packaging of a product, you need to complete the following steps:

• When creating a product card with a local barcode (prefix 478), it is mandatory to have the corresponding GS1 prefix in the prefix table, as well as confirmed GS1 membership.

• For imported products, it is mandatory to have a registered GTIN in the international GS1 database.

❗Filling out the product card in Uzbek and Russian languages is a mandatory requirement❗

Step 1.
1. Log in to the participant's personal account in the goods circulation system ➡️  https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep

2. Go to the section <Product Descriptions> ⬇️

3. Click the button <Create Product Description>⬇️

4. Fill in the product details ⬇️

Basic information:
- Product group – Biologically active supplements.
- Product category – Biologically active food supplements.
- HS code (TN VED) – selected from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity).
- Product code (GTIN) – you must specify the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.
- Packaging type – Product unit (consumer packaging).

5. Click the "Next" button

Step 2.
6. Select the marker ✅Mandatory fields

Basic product information:
 

- SKU code - select the value from the dropdown list.

Product identifier:
- Product trade name - You must specify the name of the product, dosage form, and the number of units in the package.
- Country of manufacture - From the dropdown list/directory, select the country of manufacture of the medicinal product.
- Product subposition in the IS "IKPU Register" - Select the correct value from the dropdown list. Information is available at - tasnif.soliq.uz 
- Functional group - From the dropdown list/directory, specify which group the supplement belongs to.
- Number of consumption units in the package, pcs. - You must specify according to the number of units in the package.
- Volume or weight of the consumption unit - You must specify the daily consumption rate. This information is indicated on the packaging/in the instructions for use.
- Units of measurement - From the dropdown list/directory, specify the unit of measurement.

Manufacturer:

 - Manufacturer name – specify the manufacturer/producer details indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

- Manufacturer location – specify the manufacturer/producer details indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

Producer or manufacturing site:

- Producer name – specify the producer details indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

- Producer location – specify the producer details indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

Organization accepting claims:

- Name of the organization accepting claims – specify according to the instructions for use.

- Address of the organization accepting claims – specify fully according to the instructions for use.

- Phone number of the organization accepting claims – specify according to the instructions for use.

Regulatory documentation:
- Regulatory document - From the dropdown list/directory according to the GOST document.

Consumer characteristics:
- Shelf life - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Unit of measurement - From the dropdown list/directory according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Functional purpose - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging. 
- Composition - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging. 

Usage and storage:
- Usage recommendations - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging. 
- Storage recommendations - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging. 
- Contraindications and usage restrictions - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging. 

Consumer packaging: 
- Packaging type - From the dropdown list/directory according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Packaging material - From the dropdown list/directory according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Dosage form - Must be specified according to the instructions for use/packaging. 

7. Click the "Next" button

Step 3.

8. To upload photos, follow the navigation of the section.

Click "Click to select" 

Uploaded photos must meet the standards, see more in the article RMT: Photo Content Requirements for Posting a Card in the Marked Goods Catalog.

Upload photos according to angles. In the "Side" field, select the corresponding angle from the dropdown list and upload the photo.

Five photos of one product from five sides (front, back, right, left, and top) on a white background; one photo must show the product’s barcode (GTIN).

- Click the "Save draft" button, the product card information entry window will close.

The draft card is saved in the section "Product Descriptions" -> "Drafts"

To submit the product card for review, click on the active GTIN field ⬇️

- "Sign and submit for moderation"

Product cards awaiting review/moderation can be viewed in the section "Under Moderation"

Published product cards are located in the section "Published"
