📣 Start of Mandatory Marking for Medical Device

Dear participants of goods turnover!

Starting from February 1, 2025, mandatory marking for medical devices will be introduced under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 149 (Clause 2, Paragraph 6). The requirement applies to products listed in the officially approved catalog.

According to Appendix No. 1 of this resolution, products subject to mandatory marking fall under the following HS codes:

• 3005
• 3006
