Account Activation Code Recovery

This article describes the process for independently obtaining a new activation code without contacting the Digital Marking Operator's Technical Support Service.

⚠️ The "Recover Activation Code" feature is intended only for users whose account status is "Not Activated". If the account has already been activated previously, this mechanism cannot be used. In this case, you must use the standard login method to the personal account. If access to the account is unavailable, contact your organization’s administrator to check access rights or to perform the necessary user management actions.

Conditions for Activation Code Recovery

Self-recovery of the activation code is available under the following conditions:

  • the user is a business user of the organization;

  • the user's account status is "Not Activated".

When Activation Code Recovery Is Required

After completing the organization's registration, as well as when adding a new user or unlocking an existing one, an email with the activation code is sent to the user's email address.

The need to obtain a new activation code may arise in the following cases:

  • the email with the activation code was not received;

  • the activation code has expired;

  • the activation code was entered, but the account activation was not completed using the digital signature (EDS).

In all the above cases, you can use the "Recover Activation Code" feature.

The "Recover Activation Code" button appears:

  • on the activation code entry page — when entering an invalid or expired code;

  • on the user selection page — after selecting the digital signature (EDS), if the account status is "Not Activated".


Scenario A. Recovery via User Selection Page

If on the authorization page https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep after selecting the digital signature (EDS), a user with the status "Not Activated" is found, the system will display a corresponding notification and the "Recover Activation Code" button.

To obtain a new code, you need to:

  1. Click "Recover Activation Code".

  2. Specify:

    - Organization TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) — for a legal entity;

    - PINFL — for an individual entrepreneur.

  3. Verify the displayed email address.

  4. If necessary, change the email address.

  5. Click "Recover Activation Code".

After completing these steps, an email with the new activation code will be sent to the specified email address.


Scenario B. Recovery via Activation Code Entry Page

If the email was received but the activation code has expired, you need to:

  1. Go to the page https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/enter-activation-code
  2. Enter the previously received activation code.
  3. Click "Recover Activation Code".
  4. Confirm the action using the digital signature (EDS).
  5. Specify:

    - Organization TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) — for a legal entity;

    - PINFL — for an individual entrepreneur.

  6. Verify the displayed email address and change it if necessary.
  7. Click "Recover Activation Code".

After completing these steps, an email with the new activation code will be sent to the specified email address.


Scenario C. User Not Found

If on the authorization page https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep after selecting the digital signature (EDS), the system does not find a user with the status "Not Activated", the following message will be displayed:

 Entity IndividualEntity by composite key pin = XXXXXХХХХ not found. 

This message means that the user is not present in the system.

In this case:

  • if the organization is already registered in the system, you need to contact the organization’s administrator to add the user. Typically, the administrator is the first registered and activated user of the organization (director);

  • if the organization is not yet registered, you need to complete the registration process according to the instructions in "Registration and Activation of an Account in the NIS 'ASL BELGISI' Personal Cabinet".


What Happens After Activation Code Recovery

After submitting the activation code recovery request, the system automatically:

  • saves the new email address (if it was changed);

  • generates a new activation code and a new link to activate the account;

  • sends a new email to the specified email address to complete the account activation.
