To register consumer packaging of mineral fertilizers and plant protection products, you need to complete the following steps:
When creating a product card with a local barcode (prefix 478), it is mandatory to have the corresponding GS1 prefix in the prefix table, as well as confirmed membership in GS1.
❗Filling out the product card in Uzbek and Russian languages is a mandatory requirement❗
Step 1.
1. Log in to the Participant's personal account for goods circulation ➡️ https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep
2. Go to the "Product Descriptions" section ⬇️
3. Click the "Create Product Description" button ⬇️
4. Fill in the product details ⬇️
Basic information:
Product group – Mineral fertilizers and plant protection products.
Product category – Select from the dropdown list (according to the product being registered)
HS code – Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity).
Product code (GTIN) – You must specify the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.
Packaging type – Unit of product (consumer).
5. Click the "Next" button
Step 2.
6. Select the marker ✅Required fields
Basic product information:
SKU code - select a value from the dropdown list.
Product identifier:
Trade name of the product - You must specify the name of the product, form, and quantity of units in the package.
Country of manufacture - From the dropdown list/directory select the country of manufacture.
Conformity documents
Indication of the document of conformity validity as indefinite.
Manufacturer or production site:
Manufacturer's name – Enter the manufacturer's details as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
Manufacturer's location – Enter the manufacturer's details as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
Product classification
Product subposition in the IS "Registry of IKPU" - this is a detailed classification level in the directory of Identification Codes of Products and Services (IKPU)
Types of chemical plant protection products - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Hazard class - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Regulatory documentation:
Regulatory document - From the dropdown list/directory according to the GOST document.
Organization accepting claims:
Name of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.
Phone number of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.
Website of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.
Location of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.
Consumer packaging:
Type of packaging - From the dropdown list/directory.
Packaging material - From the dropdown list/directory.
- Volume or net weight - Specify the volume of the product packaging
- Units of measurement - From the dropdown list/directory.
- Form of release - From the dropdown list/directory.
Consumer characteristics
Shelf life - Must be specified as indicated on the label
Units of measurement - Must be specified as indicated on the label
Auxiliary substances and their quantity - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Composition - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Application and storage
Shelf life after opening - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Units of measurement - From the dropdown list
Application recommendations - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Content of active substances and their quantity - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation

8. To upload photos, follow the section navigation.
Click "Click to select"
Uploaded photos must comply with standards, more details in the article RMT: Photo Content Requirements for Listing a Product Card in the Marked Goods Catalog.
Upload photos according to angles. In the "Side" field, select the corresponding angle from the dropdown list and upload the photo.
Five photos of one product from five sides (front, back, right, left, and top) on a white background, one photo must show the product's barcode (GTIN).
- Click the "Save Draft" button, the product card entry window will close.
The draft product card is saved in the "Product Descriptions" - "Drafts" section
To submit the product card for review, click on the active GTIN field ⬇️
- "Sign and submit for moderation"
Product cards awaiting review/moderation can be viewed in the "Under Moderation" section
Published product cards are located in the "Published" section
