➡️Beer Products: Filling Out the Product Card

To register the consumer packaging of beer products, you need to complete the following steps:

• When creating a product card with a local barcode (prefix 478), it is mandatory to have the corresponding GS1 prefix in the prefix table, as well as confirmed GS1 membership.

• For imported products, it is mandatory to have a registered GTIN in the international GS1 database.

❗Filling out the product card in Uzbek and Russian languages is a mandatory requirement❗

Step 1.

1. Log in to the participant's personal account for goods circulation ➡️ https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep

2. Go to the section "Product Descriptions" ⬇️

3. Click the button "Create Product Description"⬇️

4. Fill in the product details ⬇️

Basic Information:

• Product Group - Beer Products

• Product Category - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)

• HS Code - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)

• Product Code (GTIN) - You must specify the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.

• Packaging Type - Unit of product (consumer packaging)

5. Click the "Next" button

Step 2.

6. Select the marker ✅Mandatory fields

Basic product information:

• SKU Code - select the value from the dropdown list

Product Identifier:

• Product Trade Name - You must specify the product name, brand name, alcohol percentage, and volume.

• Country of Manufacture - Select the country of manufacture from the dropdown list/directory

• Type of Alcoholic Product - Must be selected from the dropdown list (according to the product being registered)

• Volume of product in consumer packaging, L - Must specify the volume indicated on the product label.

• Unit of Measurement - Must select the unit of measurement from the dropdown list/directory.

• Alcohol by Volume (strength), % - Must specify the percentage indicated on the product label.

Conformity Documents

• Indication of the document of conformity’s validity period being indefinite

Manufacturer or Production Site:

• Manufacturer Name – specify the manufacturer details indicated on the packaging and accompanying documentation.

• Manufacturer Location – specify the manufacturer details indicated on the packaging and accompanying documentation.

Product Classification:

• Type of Excise Goods - Select from the dropdown list/directory the type of excise goods to which the marked product belongs, or select the option "Not an excise good".

Regulatory Documentation:

• Regulatory Document - Select from the dropdown list/directory according to the GOST document

Organization Accepting Claims:

• Name of the organization accepting claims – You must specify the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.

• Address of the organization accepting claims – You must specify the address of the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.

• Phone number of the organization accepting claims – You must specify the phone number of the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.

Consumer Packaging:

• Type of Packaging - Select from the dropdown list/directory.

• Packaging Material - Select from the dropdown list/directory.

Consumer Characteristics:

• Shelf Life - Must specify as indicated on the label

• Unit of Measurement - Must specify as indicated on the label

• Production Type - Information indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation

• Processing Method - Information indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation

• Filtration - Information indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation

• Original Wort Extract, % - Information indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation. Specifies the concentration of dry substances in the original wort (or density).

Manufacturer:

• Manufacturer Name – specify the manufacturer/producer details indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

• Manufacturer Location – specify the manufacturer/producer details indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

7. Click the "Next" button

Step 3.

8. To upload photos, follow the navigation within the section.

Click on "Click to Select"

Uploaded photos must meet the standards; more details in the article RMT: Photo Content Requirements for Listing a Product Card in the Marked Goods Catalog.

Upload photos according to the angles. In the "Side" field, select the corresponding angle from the dropdown list and upload the photo.

Three photos of the same product from three sides (front, back, and top) on a white background; one photo must show the product's barcode (GTIN).

- Click the "Save Draft" button; the product card information entry window will close.

The draft product card is saved in the section "Product Descriptions" -> "Drafts"

To submit the product card for review, click on the active GTIN field ⬇️

- "Sign and Submit for Moderation"

- Product cards awaiting review/moderation can be viewed in the "Under Moderation" section

- Published product cards are located in the "Published" section
