➡️Tobacco Products: Filling Out the Product Card

To register a consumer packaging of tobacco products, the following steps must be completed:

• When creating a product card with a local barcode (prefix 478), it is mandatory to have the corresponding GS1 prefix in the prefix table, as well as confirmed GS1 membership.

• For imported products, it is mandatory to have a registered GTIN in the international GS1 database.

❗Filling out the product card in Uzbek and Russian languages is a mandatory requirement❗

Step 1.

1. Log in to the participant's personal account in the goods circulation system ➡️  https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep

2. Go to the "Product Descriptions" ⬇️ section

3. Click the "Create Product Description" button ⬇️

4. Fill in the product information ⬇️

Basic Information:

• Product Group - Tobacco Products:

• Product Category - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)

• HS Code (TN VED) - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)

• Product Code (GTIN) - Enter the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.

• Packaging Type - Unit of product (consumer packaging)

5. Click the "Next" button

Step 2.

6. Select the marker ✅Mandatory Fields

Basic Product Information:

• SKU Code - select a value from the dropdown list

Product Identifier:

• Trade Name - Enter the product name, brand name, percentage, and volume.

• Type of tobacco product

• Country of Manufacture - Select the country of manufacture from the dropdown list/directory

• Number of consumption units in the package, pcs.

• Net Weight - Information is indicated on the packaging/label and in the accompanying product documentation

• Units of Measurement - Select the unit of measurement from the dropdown list/directory.

Conformity Documents

• Indication of the document's unlimited validity

Manufacturer or Production Site

• Manufacturer Name - Enter the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation

• Manufacturer Location - Enter the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation

Product Classification

• Type of excisable product - From the dropdown list/directory, select the type of excisable product to which the marked product belongs, or select the option "Not an excisable product".

Regulatory Documentation

• Regulatory Document - Select from the dropdown list/directory according to the GOST document.

Organization Accepting Claims

• Name of the organization accepting claims - Enter the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.
• Location of the organization accepting claims - Enter the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.
• Phone number of the organization accepting claims - Enter the organization that accepts claims regarding the product.

Consumer Packaging

• Type of Packaging - Select the "Type of Packaging" corresponding to the product packaging from the dropdown list/directory.
• Packaging Material - Select the "Packaging Material" corresponding to the product packaging material from the dropdown list/directory.

Consumer Characteristics

• Shelf Life - Information is indicated on the packaging/label and in the accompanying product documentation
• Units of Measurement - Must be indicated as shown on the label

Manufacturer

• Manufacturer Name - Enter the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
• Manufacturer Location - Enter the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

7. Click the "Next" button

Step 3.

8. To upload photos, follow the section navigation.

Click "Click to select"

Uploaded photos must meet the standards; more details can be found in the article RMT: Requirements for photo content when placing a card in the catalog of marked goods.

Upload photos according to the angles. In the "Side" field, select the corresponding angle from the dropdown list and upload the photo.

Photos of the packaging from all sides are required

- Click the "Save Draft" button, the product card information entry window will close.

The draft card is saved in the "Product Descriptions" - "Drafts" section

To submit the product card for review, click on the active GTIN field ⬇️

 - "Sign and submit for moderation"

 - Product cards awaiting review/moderation can be viewed in the "Under Moderation" section

 - Published product cards are located in the "Published" section
