To register consumer packaging of products in the product group "Water and soft drinks," the following steps must be completed:
When creating a product card with a local barcode (prefix 478), it is mandatory to have the corresponding GS1 prefix in the prefix table, as well as confirmed membership in GS1.
For imported products, it is mandatory to have a registered GTIN in the international GS1 database.

Step 1.
1. Log in to the participant's personal account ➡️ https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep
2. Go to the section "Product Descriptions" ⬇️
3. Click the button "Create Product Description"⬇️
4. Fill in the product details ⬇️
Basic information:
Product group - Water and soft drinks
Product category - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)
HS code (TN VED) - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)
Product code (GTIN) - You must specify the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.
Packaging type - Unit of product (consumer)
5. Click the button "Next"

SKU code - select a value from the dropdown list
Product identifier:
Country of manufacture - Select the country of manufacture from the dropdown list/directory

Volume of product in consumer packaging - You must specify the volume indicated on the product label.
Units of measurement - You must select the unit of measurement from the dropdown list/directory.
Conformity documents
Indication of the document's validity period (whether it is indefinite).
Manufacturer or production site:
Manufacturer's location - provide the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
Manufacturer's name - provide the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
Regulatory documentation:
Regulatory document - Select from the dropdown list/directory according to the GOST document.
Organization accepting claims:
Name of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that handles claims for the product.
Phone number of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that handles claims for the product.
Website of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that handles claims for the product.
Location of the organization accepting claims - You must specify the organization that handles claims for the product.
Consumer packaging:
Type of packaging - Select from the dropdown list/directory.
Packaging material - Select from the dropdown list/directory.
Consumer characteristics:
Manufacturing method - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Shelf life - You must specify as indicated on the label
- Units of measurement - You must specify as indicated on the label
- Is it clarified - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
- Contains pulp - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
- Minimum juice content percentage - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation

- Contains aspartame (phenylalanine) - Information is indicated on the label/packaging and in the accompanying documentation
Manufacturer:
- Manufacturer name - provide the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
- Manufacturer location - provide the manufacturer’s data as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.
Consumer Information
Consumer Information (JSON, Russian) — complete the data in Russian according to the attached template and upload the JSON file to the product card. The uploaded information will be displayed to consumers in the mobile application when scanning the marking code.
