➡️Alcohol Products: Filling Out the Product Card

To register the consumer packaging of an alcoholic product, the following steps must be completed:

When creating a product card with a local barcode (with the prefix 478), the presence of the corresponding GS1 prefix is mandatory in the prefix table and confirmed GS1 membership.
 ❗Filling out the product card in Uzbek and Russian languages is a mandatory requirement❗
Step 1.

1. Log in to the participant's personal account for goods circulation ➡️  https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep

2. Go to the section "Product Descriptions" ⬇️

 3. Click the button "Create Product Description"⬇️

4. Fill in the product details ⬇️

Basic information:

• Product Group - Alcohol Products
• Product Category - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)
• HS Code - Select from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity)
• Product Code (GTIN) - You must enter the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.
• Type of packaging - Unit of product (consumer)

5. Click the "Next" button

Step 2.

6. Select the marker ✅Mandatory fields

Basic product information:

• SCP Code - select a value from the dropdown list

Product Identifier:

• Trade name of the product - You must specify the product name, brand name, percentage, and volume.
• Country of manufacture - From the dropdown list/directory select the country of manufacture
• Type of alcoholic product - Must be selected from the dropdown list (according to the product being registered)
• Volume of product in consumer packaging, L - Must specify the volume indicated on the product label.
• Units of measurement - Must select the unit of measurement from the dropdown list/directory.
• Volume fraction of ethyl alcohol (strength), % - Must specify the percentage indicated on the product label.
  
  
   

Manufacturer:

• Manufacturer name – provide the manufacturer/producer details indicated on the packaging and accompanying documentation.
• Manufacturer location – provide the manufacturer/producer details indicated on the packaging and accompanying documentation.
  
  
  
  Manufacturer or production site:
• Manufacturer name – provide the manufacturer details indicated on the packaging and accompanying documentation.
• Manufacturer location – provide the manufacturer details indicated on the packaging and accompanying documentation.

Organization accepting claims: 

• Name of the organization accepting claims – You must specify the organization that accepts product claims.
• Address of the organization accepting claims – You must specify the address of the organization that accepts product claims.
• Phone number of the organization accepting claims – You must specify the phone number of the organization that accepts product claims.

Regulatory documentation:

• Regulatory document - Select from the dropdown list/directory according to the GOST document.

Consumer characteristics:

• Shelf life - Must be specified as indicated on the label
• Unit of measurement - Must be specified as indicated on the label

Consumer packaging: 

• Type of packaging - From the dropdown list/directory.
• Packaging material - From the dropdown list/directory.
  
  Product classification:
• Type of excisable goods - From the dropdown list/directory, select the type of excisable goods to which the labeled product belongs, or choose the option "Not an excisable product".
• Subposition of the product in the IS "Registry of ICPU" - Select the correct value from the dropdown list. Information is available at - tasnif.soliq.uz 

7. Click the "Next" button

Step 3.

8. To upload photos, follow the section navigation.

Click on "Click to select" 

Uploaded photos must meet the standards, more details in the article RMT: Photo content requirements when placing a card in the catalog of labeled goods.

Upload photos according to angles. In the "Side" field, select the corresponding angle from the dropdown list and upload the photo.

Three photos of one product from three sides (front, back, and top) on a white background, one photo must show the product's barcode (GTIN).

- Click the "Save draft" button, the product card information entry window will close.

The product card draft is saved in the section "Product Descriptions" -> "Drafts"

To submit the product card for review, click on the active GTIN field ⬇️

 - "Sign and send for moderation" 

 - Product cards awaiting review/moderation can be viewed in the section "Under Moderation" 

 - Published product cards are located in the section "Published"
