To navigate to the subsection Places of Business (POB) of the organization, it is necessary to:
- Log in to the personal account.
- Select the category "User Profile" ➡ section "Place of Business"
The subsection contains information about the existing POB of the User and the adjacent information.
- Name – Name of the specified POB
- Types of activity – Type of activity of the selected POB. The following values are available for selection: "Production"; "Storage"; "Sales".
- Country – Country of location
- Region – Region of registration
- Region of registration (Uzbekistan) – Region of registration within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Attributes – Attribute of the added POB. The first added POB receives the attribute – "Main POB".
- Status – Status of the added POB.
To link the POB to the current user, it is necessary to mark the POB by ticking the corresponding checkbox. The list of available product groups for selection for the current user depends on the POB added in the Organization – see article xTrace: Organization Profile → GCP → Place of Business (POB)
Unlinking of product groups is done by unchecking the corresponding product group checkbox.
When all actions are completed, click the "Save" button.
POB for the current User has been added.
