xTrace: User Profile → Product Groups

To navigate to the Product Groups section of the organization, it is necessary to:

  • Log in to the personal account.
  • Select the category "User Profile" ➡ section "Product Groups"

The section contains information about the user’s product groups and adjacent information.

  • Product Group – Name of the added product group
  • MC Issuer – a parameter allowing the issuance of KM.
    Issuer – a participant in the turnover of goods/organization responsible for labeling goods (manufacturer, importer);
    Non-issuer – a participant in the turnover of goods/organization performing operations with labeled goods (importer, wholesale and retail level).
  • Connection Date – the date the product group was connected.
  • Status – Status of the product group.

To link a product group to the current user, it is necessary to mark the product group by ticking the corresponding checkbox. The list of available product groups for the current user depends on the Product Groups added in the Organization – see the article xTrace: Organization Profile → GCP→ Product Groups.

Unlinking of product groups is done by unchecking the corresponding checkbox of the product group.

When all actions are completed, click the "Save" button.

The product group for the current User has been added.
