Product Catalog:

  • A new “Inactive” tab has been added to the “Product Descriptions” section. The ability to deactivate (archive) incorrect published and blocked product cards (descriptions) has been added. After a product card is deactivated, the participant can create a new product card with up-to-date information using the same GTIN.
    Product card deactivation is performed by an operator upon the participant’s request, provided that the necessary information and reason are submitted.
  • The ability to delete drafts that have been submitted for moderation has been implemented.

Documents / Operations:

  • The “Re-marking” marking purpose can now be selected when ordering codes for the “Water and Soft Drinks” product group. The functionality is intended for the wholesale and retail segments.
  • The reference list of available methods for introducing products into circulation during CM application has been expanded:
    • the “Product Marking in Circulation” value can now be used for re-marking;
    • a new value “Goods Processed in the Customs Territory” has been added for the production and marking of goods within the territory of Uzbekistan (domestic production), which are subsequently subject to customs clearance (import).
  • The validation of zero quantity and amount during corrective ESF validation has been improved.
  • The error message displayed during CM validation in ESF for goods that have not undergone customs clearance has been updated. The following message is now returned: “No information is available on the import of foreign-produced goods / goods processed in the customs territory.”

API:

  • The ability to filter product cards by INACTIVE status has been added for the following methods:
    • public/api/v1/product-registry/product
    • public/api/v1/product-registry/product/search-by-gtin
    • public/api/cod/exports

Business Mobile App:

The Business mobile application now includes the following new features:

  • Document-based code reconciliation (ESF, GTD, and receipts)
    Users can enter the external document ID or scan its QR code. The application then allows users to verify and reconcile the codes actually received with the codes specified in the document.
  • Parent code viewing
    If the scanned code has a parent packaging unit, users can navigate to information about the parent code.
  • Manual code entry and photo-based code search
    CI, KITU, and KIGU codes can be entered manually or searched for using a photo from the gallery.
  • KITU information viewing
    For transport packaging, the category and product group are displayed based on the information about the consumer packaging contained inside it.
  • News viewing
    The ability to view news on the main screen has been added.
