Instructions for Checking a 2D Scanner
To ensure that the selected scanner is capable of reading marking codes (Data Matrix), follow these steps:
- Connect your scanner to the computer.
- Make sure the English keyboard layout is enabled.

Scan a sample marking code using your 2D scanner.
Example of a correct marking code:
If the scanned code contains the symbol [GS], then your scanner is working correctly.
If the [GS] symbol is missing, please contact your scanner supplier or refer to the manufacturer's instructions for configuring scanners to work with marking codes.

If your scanner is not on the list, please send an email to support@crpt-turon.uz and partners@crpt-turon.uz to arrange testing by the Operator’s specialists. Test requests are accepted only from official representatives of manufacturers, integrator companies, or equipment importers. The scanner testing process may take up to 10 business days.
