Mineral Fertilizers and Plant Protection Products Subject to Mandatory Digital Labeling

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 203 "On the Introduction of a Mandatory Digital Labeling System for Mineral Fertilizers and Chemical Agents Used for Plant Protection," a list of goods subject to mandatory digital labeling has been approved.

This means that the production, import, and circulation of the specified products within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan are permitted only if they are properly labeled in the prescribed manner.

Starting from May 1, 2026, mandatory digital labeling will be introduced for the product group "Mineral Fertilizers and Plant Protection Products" for goods classified under the corresponding HS codes.
