Correction of marking codes information — a document that allows you to modify information about marking codes specified during the registration of the operation "Applying MC".
Data available for editing:
- Date and time of production
- Date and time of expiration
- Country of production
- Series / batch
To create the "Adjustment of information about marking codes" operation in the participant’s personal account, you must:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Have the user role — Document Creator (Adjustment of MC information).
- Open the "Operations with MC" section in the personal account and create the operation — "Adjustment of information about marking codes".
A screen form will open:
General information:
The fields “TIN/PINFL” and “Name” of the applicant are filled in automatically based on the user's profile data.
Editable data:
Emission type, Production date, Expiration date, and Production series number must be entered manually..
Information about marked goods:
Upload a file in .CSV format. To upload, click on the highlighted area to select a file or drag the file into this area. The file must be in .CSV format (no more than 30,000 codes per file).
Before forming the document, the marking codes are checked for compliance with the requirements::
Country of production:
- Packaging type: “Unit of goods” or “Group packaging” (specifying KITУ or SSCC transport code is not allowed);
- Code status: “Applied” or (“In circulation” status AND method of entry “Domestic production” or “Marking of goods in circulation”);
- No additional status (Not included in AIC);
- Code issuer (emitter);
- If the codes are nested in transport or group packaging, when specifying nested consumer package codes, the country of production will change. The operation affects only consumer package codes and does not affect transport or group packaging codes.
- If a Group packaging is specified in the request, the change applies to all nested elements.в.
Date and time of production:
- Packaging type: “Unit of goods” or “Group packaging” (specifying KITУ or SSCC transport code is not allowed);
- Code status: “Applied” or (“In circulation” status AND method of entry “Domestic production” or “Marking of goods in circulation”);
- No additional status (Not included in AIC);
- Code issuer (emitter);
- If the codes are nested in transport or group packaging, specifying nested consumer package codes will change the production date. The operation affects only consumer package codes and does not affect transport or group packaging codes;
- The date must not be later than the code application date (report submission date).
- If a Group packaging is specified in the request, the change applies to all nested elements.

- If the codes are nested in transport or group packaging, specifying nested consumer package codes will change the expiration date. The operation affects only consumer package codes and does not affect transport or group packaging codes.
Series / batch:
- Packaging type: “Unit of goods” or “Group packaging” (specifying KITУ or SSCC transport code is not allowed);
- Code status: “Applied” or (“In circulation” status AND method of entry “Domestic production” or “Marking of goods in circulation”);
- No additional status (Not included in AIC);
- Code issuer (emitter);
- If the codes are nested in transport or group packaging, specifying nested consumer package codes will change the production series number. The operation affects only consumer package codes and does not affect transport or group packaging codes;
- The production series number can contain up to 20 characters.
