To view various Organization Documents, it is necessary to:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Select the "Documents" category.
❗️To display the "Documents" section in the personal account, it is necessary to have the Observer role
(More about user roles).
In this section you can find such organization documents as:
- Cash register receipts;
- Invoices (electronic invoices of the organization);
- Customs declarations (GTD);
- Write-off documents.
Depending on the correctness of the document data, the document may have the following statuses:
Created/In processing - The document is registered in the system and is at the stage of verification by the system.
Processed with error: During the verification in the electronic invoice system, errors were detected that prevent its successful registration and further use. Check the error details in the document card and, if necessary, make corrections.
Processed successfully: The document has passed all checks, contains no errors, and is considered correctly processed. The necessary operations (code transfer/write-off/introduction into circulation, etc.) with the codes have been completed in accordance with the declared document.
Processed partially: Invalid codes were found in the document. Operations (transfer, write-off, introduction into circulation, etc.) were performed only for valid codes; errors were recorded for the rest.
If the document processing status is "Processed partially" or "Processed with error," you can review the list of incorrect codes in the document card, in the "Processing information" field, and eliminate the causes (e.g.: incorrect format/status, duplicate, code does not belong to UOT, absent in the system, already used/written off, blocked).
To view cash register receipts:
- Go to the Cash register receipts tab.
- Enter the search parameters in the filters (for example, receipt ID). Click apply.
- The platform will display a list of found receipts matching the filter parameter.
- In the results table, click on the ID of the required receipt.
- The platform will open the receipt page with its parameters.
To save the receipt to your local PC, on the receipt page click Save receipt and specify the location for saving.
Search and view electronic invoices in the personal account.
The platform allows viewing original, corrected, and additional invoices:
To view an invoice:
Go to the Invoices tab.
Enter the search parameters in the filters (for example, supplier TIN).
- In the Document type filter, select one of the possible types:
Original;
Corrected;
Additional. - Click Apply.
In the results table, click on the ID of the required invoice.
The platform will open the invoice page with its parameters.

To save the invoice to your local PC, on the invoice page click Save document and specify the location for saving.
Search and view Customs Declarations (GTD) in the personal account:
To view a GTD:
Go to the GTD tab.
Enter the search parameters in the filters (for example, GTD number). Click apply.
The platform will display a list of found GTDs matching the filter parameter.- In the results table, click on the ID of the required GTD.
The platform will open the GTD page with its parameters.
To save the receipt to your local PC, on the receipt page click Save receipt and specify the location for saving.
Search and view Write-off Documents in the personal account:
To view write-off documents made in the taxpayer’s cabinet, it is necessary to:
Go to the Write-off documents tab.
- Enter the search parameters in the filters (for example, write-off date). Click apply.
The platform will display a list of found write-off documents matching the filter parameter.
In the results table, click on the ID of the required write-off document.
To save the receipt to your local PC, on the receipt page click Save receipt and specify the location for saving.
