Registration of Write-off (Rejection) Reports and Notifications on Withdrawal of Marked Goods from Circulation in the Taxpayer’s Personal Account

Since April 15, 2025, registration of "Marking code write-off (rejection) reports" and "Notifications on withdrawal of marked goods from circulation" through the ASL BELGISI NIS personal account has been restricted. Applications for write-off of marked goods are now accepted through the taxpayer's personal account functionality.

To register "Marking code write-off (rejection) reports" and "Notifications on withdrawal of marked goods from circulation", follow these steps:

  1. When logging into the taxpayer's personal account, select the services you wish to use, specifically "Personal account for legal services". 1.png
  2. Then access the legal entity's personal account by selecting the required digital signature. 2.png3.png
  3. On the main page, go to the "Services" tab to select the required services. 4.png
  4. From the dropdown menu of services for legal entities, navigate to "Tax accounting" and select the service "Turnover of digitally marked products". 5.png
  5. In this service section, select the "Withdrawal from circulation" notification. 6.png
  6. The goods withdrawal notification has two pages: "Applications" (your generated applications) and "Submit application" (create new application). 

Applications can be created in two ways:

  • Manual entry of marking codes (scanner icon)
  • File upload ("Export to Excel" button) 7.png

7. After entering marking codes for write-off, you must:

  • Select the write-off reason from the dropdown list
  • Attach supporting documentation (PDF format)

After completing all required fields, click "Submit".            8.png

8. Successfully submitted applications appear in the "Applications" tab with their current processing status. 9.png
