xTrace: Example of product card filling

To register the consumer packaging of a product, the following steps must be completed:

❗Filling out the product card in both Uzbek and Russian is mandatory❗

Step 1.
1. Log in to the participant’s personal account ➡️ https://xtrace.aslbelgisi.uz/login-kep

2. Go to the <Product Descriptions> section ⬇️

3. Click the <Create Product Description> button⬇️

4. Fill in the product details ⬇️

Basic Information:
- Product Group – Dietary Supplements.
- Product Category – Dietary Supplements.
- HS Code – selected from the dropdown list (according to the certificate of conformity).
- Product Code (GTIN) – enter the barcode (GTIN) printed on the product packaging.
- Packaging Type – Product unit (consumer packaging).

5. Click the "Next" button
Step 2.
6. Select the required fields ✅

Basic product information:

- SKP Code - select from the dropdown list.

Product Identifier:
- Trade Name of the Product – The name of the product, dosage form, and the number of units in the package must be provided.
- Country of Manufacture – Select the country of manufacture from the dropdown list.
- Product Subposition in the "Product Register" IS – Choose the correct value from the dropdown list. The information is available at tasnif.soliq.uz.
- Functional Group – Choose the group that the dietary supplement belongs to from the dropdown list.
- Quantity of Consumption Units in the Package – Indicate the number of units in the packaging.
- Volume or Weight of the Consumption Unit – Indicate the recommended daily intake. This information can be found on the packaging or in the instructions for use.
- Unit of Measurement – Choose the unit of measurement from the dropdown list.


Manufacturer:
- Manufacturer Name – Provide the details of the manufacturer as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

- Manufacturer's Location – Provide the details of the manufacturer’s location as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.


Manufacturer or Production Site:

- Manufacturer Name – Provide the details of the manufacturer as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

- Manufacturer's Location – Provide the details of the manufacturer’s location as indicated on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation.

Organization Accepting Complaints:
- Organization Name – Indicate the name of the organization according to the instructions for use.

- Address of the Organization – Provide the full address according to the instructions for use.

- Phone Number of the Organization – Provide the phone number according to the instructions for use.
Regulatory Documentation:
Regulatory Document – Select the relevant GOST standard from the dropdown list.

Consumer Characteristics:
- Expiry Date – Indicate as per the instructions for use/packaging.
- Unit of Measurement – Select from the dropdown list according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Functional Purpose – Indicate according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Composition – Indicate according to the instructions for use/packaging.

Application and Storage:
- Usage Recommendations – Indicate according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Storage Recommendations – Indicate according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Contraindications and Usage Restrictions – Indicate according to the instructions for use/packaging.

Consumer Packaging:
- Packaging Type – Select from the dropdown list according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Packaging Material – Select from the dropdown list according to the instructions for use/packaging.
- Release Form – Indicate according to the instructions for use/packaging.

7. Click the "Next" button.

Step 3.
8. To upload photos, follow the section navigation.

Click "Click to Choose"

The uploaded photos must meet the standards outlined in the article RMT: Requirements for photo content when submitting product descriptions to the catalog of labeled goods.
Upload photos according to the specified angles. In the "Side" field, select the appropriate angle from the dropdown list and upload the photo.

Five photos of the same product from five sides (front, back, right, left, and top) on a white background. One photo must display the product’s barcode (GTIN).

Click the "Save Draft" button, and the product information entry window will close.
The product card draft is saved in the "Product Descriptions" -> "Drafts" section.

To submit the product card for review, click the active GTIN field ⬇️

"Sign and Submit for Moderation"

Product cards awaiting review/moderation can be viewed in the "Under Moderation" section.

Published product cards are available in the "Published" section.
