From August 22, 2023, the publication of information on goods subject to mandatory digital labeling will be carried out on the "Products Register" platform
Platform of information on goods subject to mandatory digital marking, "Products Register" (hereinafter - RMT/PR) - is an automated Information System for Monitoring of Goods and a centralized system for storing electronic data on goods.
The article provides general information on the principles of PR:

Logging in to the PR is done through the single personal account of NIS "ASL BELGISI" (hereinafter - SPA).
The PR can be operated by users with the following SPA user roles:
- PR Editor;
- PR Publisher.

The difference between user roles is that when viewing a draft, a user with the role "PR Publisher" has an additional button "Sign and send for moderation", which should be used to sign and send a draft product card for review/moderation. And also the option of blocking the published product card is implemented.
For NIS "ASL BELGISI" SPA users registered before 20.08.2023, the role of PR Editor + PR Publisher is assigned by default.
To start working with PR, the user needs to:
- log in to the SPA;
- in the top menu of the SPA select the button to start the РR.

After authorization in SPA and transfer to PR, the main window is displayed to the user with the role "PR Editor/Publisher of PR" (the "Goods" section is expanded).

In the upper part the user can go to the main marking system (position "Labeling of goods"), as well as to the software "Labeling codes ordering interface" (position "Ordering of codes").

The main window contains sections "GS1 (GCP) Prefixes", "Products", "Product Groups". Each section is described separately.
IMPORTANT: a user with the role "PR Editor/Publisher of PR" has access to the data of his/her PTG only.
GS1 (GCP) Prefixes section
Section "GS1 Prefixes (GCP)"
The section contains the list of own prefixes of the organization-participant of goods turnover (hereinafter - PTG), i.e. prefixes registered by users attached to this PTG.
Note. Records in the table are displayed in portions, if the number of records stored in the Products Register is more than the number of records displayed in the list, the "Show more" button will be available at the bottom of the list. Other lists described in this manual are organized similarly.
To register a prefix, use the "Register prefix" button.

In the window that appears, specify a new prefix (6-9 characters) and activate the checkbox, then click "Register".

The right part of the section contains buttons to start list filtering and customize the list display.

When the button is pressed, the window of filtering conditions setting is launched, where the user can set the filtering values of interest and start filtering of the list (OK button).

Note. The applied filtering conditions will be displayed in the upper part of the filtered list as filters. To remove a filter (cancel filtering), use the button (located in the right part of the filter of interest). To cancel all applied filters, use the "Reset all" button (displayed to the right of the applied filters) or the "Clear all filters" button (in the filtering conditions setting window).

When the button is pressed, the list (table) display customization window is launched, in which the user can swap the list columns (drag and drop using the element ) or disable their display (the button when pressed disables the column display; the button when pressed enables the column display see the figure below).

Note. The mechanisms of list filtering and customization of table (list) columns display described in this subsection are implemented similarly for other lists displayed in the "Products Register" software.
"Products" section
The section contains the list of goods of a participant of goods turnover (PTG), on behalf of which the user works.

The "Products" section contains tabs:
- "Drafts" (the list of unpublished product cards of the given PTG in the "Draft" status is displayed);
- "Under moderation" (the list of unpublished product cards of this PTG in the "Under moderation" status is displayed);
- "Published" (the list of product cards of the given PTG in the "Published" status is displayed);
- "Blocked" (the list of product cards of this PTG in the "Blocked" status is displayed).
Note. The "Languages" column is intended for displaying information about the completeness of filling in the information about the product in different languages. Codes of the system languages are displayed and colored according to the following rules:
- green shows the code of the language in which the product description is filled in completely;
- red shows the code of the language in which the product description is filled in completely; red shows the code of the language, which is obligatory for filling in, but NOT filled in;
- gray is the code of the language in which the product description is not filled in and which is not mandatory.

The "Drafts" tab contains a list of unpublished instances of product cards of this PTG in the "Draft" status.

The tab has a button to customize filtering, and a button to customize the list display.
The list can be sorted using the button in the GTIN column.
The user can create a new product description draft, edit or delete an existing product description draft.

To create a new draft product description, the user must use the "Create Product" button.

Creating a product description draft is divided into three stages: entering basic information, specifying product attributes, adding photos and additional files. The creation stage is displayed at the top of the product description draft form.

Note. To cancel the creation of the product description draft and return to viewing the list of drafts, use the "Cancel" button (located at the bottom of the card) or the button (located to the left of the draft form filling stages indicator).

At the stage of entering basic information, the user should consistently fill in the mandatory fields (mandatory fields are highlighted in red). Filling should be started with the selection of the product group.
Note. The following should be considered when completing the attributes:
1. There are concepts of local and global goods. The type of goods is determined by the presence of the country prefix in GTIN (the goods are considered local if the country prefix is present in GTIN, the goods are considered global if the country prefix is absent in GTIN).
2. There are peculiarities in the part of local goods (including taking into account the included integration with GS1):
- local goods can be registered only if the organization is registered and active both in the marking system and in GS1;
- GTIN must be valid (14 characters, correct checksum, number of zeros at the beginning of GTIN depending on the type GTIN-8, GTIN-12, GTIN-13);
- local GTIN must be registered and active in GS1;
- the local GTIN must be unique in the database (it is impossible to register a GTIN that has already been registered earlier);
- the local GTIN must contain an active prefix of the organization.

Note. The system settings determine which languages will be considered mandatory (mandatory language is indicated by an asterisk). If in the product card the filling of mandatory attributes in any additional language has been started, but partially completed, then it is necessary to either fill the remaining mandatory text attributes, or completely clear all attributes entered in the additional language.
If a product card was initially created in an additional language, and at the current stage the user has not added a description in the main language, such a card cannot be sent for moderation.
After selecting the language, the user must fill in the mandatory fields.
Notes:
1. The composition of fields (attributes) of the goods depends on its commodity group, HS code and type of packaging.
2. To display only mandatory fields the flag "Only mandatory fields" is provided.

The user must successively attach files of photos of the front and back of the product. To do this, he can:
- use the "Browse" button and select the required file;
- drag the photo file to the area where the "Browse" button is located.
Note. Restrictions on file types and their sizes are specified on the form itself: you can upload files of jpg, jpeg, png extensions. The file size should not exceed 50 MB.

For each added file you need to specify the side from which the photo was taken (the front and back sides must be specified, see the picture below).

The user can attach additional photos. It can also fill in the fields of the "Technical Documentation" section.
To save the entered information it is necessary to press the "Save draft" button.
View draft product description
To view the draft product description, select the GTIN of the product of interest with the left mouse button. After that the card of draft product description will be opened. In the opened card the user can start editing (button "Edit").

The card contains the attribute of completeness of the product description, which is also a switch of the language of text attributes of the product (see the figure below).
This attribute reflects:
- completeness of completeness of the product description in each of the languages used when filling in the information about the product (green color indicates the language in which all mandatory text attributes are filled in).
- the language in which the user views the values of product attributes (the designation of the language used is emphasized with a bold line and highlighted with a dot).

⚠️ Filling in the product card in Uzbek and Russian is a prerequisite, otherwise the system will issue a warning message ⬇️.
Verification of the product card by the Operator/Moderation
The product card was checked with a negative result and returned for revision:
1. In case of refusal to publish, the product card is transferred to the draft status (in this case the line of this card is highlighted in the list in color).

2. When opening such a card, the attribute deviations found and marked during moderation are highlighted in color. When the user clicks on the button , detailed information on the marked deviation is displayed. A user with the role "PR Editor" and/or "PR Publisher" will be able to finalize the draft for the next moderation iteration.

3. If a product draft has a previously published version, the card of this product draft will contain an explanatory message and a button to start viewing the published version of the product card (see image below).

Draft editing can be started when viewing the product description draft card ("Edit" button).

Also, editing of a draft can be started by clicking the "Edit" button in the list of drafts.
The form for editing a product description draft is organized similarly to the form for creating a product description draft described earlier, and is divided into three sections:
- Basic Information;
- Product attributes;
- Photos and files.
To switch between them, use the switch located at the top of the form.

In the edit form the user can make the necessary changes in the fields available for editing. To save the results, use the "Save changes" button. To close the draft edit card and cancel the changes made, use the "Cancel" button.

After a product card is checked/moderated with a positive result, it is automatically moved to the "Products" section -> "Published" tab

To delete a draft product description, use the "Delete" button in the list of drafts.

"Under moderation" tab
The "Under moderation" tab contains the list of instances of product cards of this PTG in the "Under moderation" status.
Note. A draft of the product description is sent for moderation by a user with the "PR Publisher" role.

The user can:
- Create a draft product description, similar to the one described for the "Draft" tab

- Expand the product description draft card on moderation for review.

- The draft card is available for viewing only.
"Published" tab
The "Published" tab contains a list of instances of product cards of this DOC that have been successfully moderated.

The user can:
- Create a draft product description, similarly described for the "Draft" tab (the "Create Product" button);
- Edit the description of the published item of interest in the same way as described for drafts.
Note. After you finish editing the published product, a new version of the product description will be created in the "Draft" status. In this case, the card of the published product will contain an explanatory message and a button to start viewing the created draft of the product card (see the figure below). The newly created draft must be sent for moderation by a user with the role "PR Publisher". Until the new draft has been checked and published by a user with the "PR Moderator" role, the old published version of the product description remains published. It cannot be edited again. After the new version of the card passes moderation, the old version will be updated with the new data.

"Blocked" tab
The "Blocked" tab contains a list of blocked product descriptions.

The user can:
- Create a draft of the item description, similar to what is described for the "Draft" tab;
- View the description of a locked item (click on the item's GTIN) in the same way as described for drafts.

The section contains the list of product groups. Including information about the status of the product group is displayed (see the "Status" column).

The entries in the "Code Symbolic" column are interactive and allow you to start viewing detailed information about the product group of interest and configuration of attributes describing the goods of this product group.
