After applying Data Matrix codes, the participant in the commodities turnover is required to file a report on application of the Data Matrix codes.
Once the report is filed, the applied Data Matrix codes will be activated.
To create a Data Matrix report:
- Scan the printed Data Matrix code;
- Log in the User Account in the labeling system;
- Go to the Order Management Dashboard;
- Select the Application — Application Report section;
- Fill out the report form;
- Insert the printed and scanned Data Matrix code;
- Confirm sending of the report.
Congratulations! The Data Matrix code is applied and activated. Now the product can be sold.
