Based on an appeal from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (letter No. 27-12518/8 dated July 10, 2026) and Clause 92.1 of the Digital Labeling Rules, approved by Appendix 1 to Resolution No. 833 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 31, 2020, the circulation of the following goods labeled and introduced into civil circulation by My Wine Impex LLC (TIN: 311069438) using the "Jameson" trademark has been suspended:
GTIN 05011007003227 - JAMESON whiskey, 1.0 L, 40%
GTIN 05011007003005 - JAMESON whiskey, 0.7 L, 40%
GTIN 05011007015534 - JAMESON whiskey, 0.5 L, 40%
The suspension of circulation by means of "write-off" was carried out for 2,802 units of labeled products that were in civil circulation and affects the activities of 113 participants in the circulation of labeled goods.
