How to submit a Data Matrix report

After applying Data Matrix codes, the participant in the commodities turnover is required to file a report on application of the Data Matrix codes.

Once the report is filed, the applied Data Matrix codes will be activated.

To create a Data Matrix report:

• Scan the printed Data Matrix code;
• Log in the User Account in the labeling system;
• Go to the Order Management Dashboard;
• Select the Application — Application Report section;
• Fill out the report form;
• Insert the printed and scanned Data Matrix code;
• Confirm sending of the report.

Congratulations! The Data Matrix code is applied and activated. Now the product can be sold.
